Open Outlook Express and click on tools

Click on Accounts

Click on Mail Tab

Click on Properties button

Click on the servers Tab

Type in your whole email address in the accounts box

Click on the box to add a check to  --
My server requires authentication.

Then click OK

You might need to restart your computer
for the settings to work.
