Open Outlook Express and click on tools

Click on Accounts

Click on Mail Tab

Click on Add then Mail

Type your name, email address or nickname

Click the "Next" button to continue to the next screen.

Type in your email address - "username@forspeed.com

Click the "Next" button to continue to the next screen.

The type of incoming mail server is "POP3". Enter "mail.forspeed.com" in both the "Incoming mail server" and the "Outgoing mail server" blanks

Click the "Next" button to continue to the next screen.

Enter your email address to the right of the "account name" .
Also, enter your password to the right of the "Password" blank

Click the "Next" button to continue to the next screen.

Click on the Finish Button
